install a RSS agregator
2°) faites vos recherches habituelles ...
type your usual search

More storage: If 300MB are not enough, you could find an access to a WebDav server, and store all your bibliography on it. For example, Lille1 students have an access on https://ocm.univ-lille1.fr.

===Statistique===
Statistics

Create slides and article out of a single work.
BEAMER to ARTICLE:

Here is the header of your beamer.tex
The option "ignorenonframetext" allows you to write some text which will not be outputted outside the {frame} environment.

%\documentclass{article}
%\usepackage{beamerarticle}
\documentclass[9pt,ignorenonframetext]{beamer}

To have an article created from the beamer document, modify the header as follow:
\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{beamerarticle}
%\documentclass[9pt,ignorenonframetext]{beamer}

===Protection des données===
Do you have to protect your data ?

Linked to a consortium agreement that require protection of the data I use and produce, I search for encryption protection.
CNRS still recently recommanded truecrypt. (currently I don't know)
https://duckduckgo.com/l/?kh=-1&uddg=https%3A%2F%2Faresu.dsi.cnrs.fr%2FIMG%2Fpdf%2FRecommandation-protection-donnees-chiff.pdf
http://www.howtogeek.com/109210/the-htg-guide-to-hiding-your-data-in-a-truecrypt-hidden-volume/
However, the software have lately been droped. When you go to the truecrypt home page, It is clearly stated that you should seek alternative solutions.

So I went on an opensource list of alternative
http://opensource.sys-con.com/node/3108679

I tried this one :

https://wiki.ciphershed.org/
and was successful. If you want to try something else, do not hesistate to share your expirence.

CIPHERSHED (Rudy)
(tried under ubuntu 14.04, debian based)
Instruction are here:
https://wiki.ciphershed.org/BuildOnLinux
4 command lines only ;-)

#Prerequis :
sudo apt-get install git g++
# Install the development libraries the application depends on:
sudo apt-get install libwxgtk2.8-dev nasm libfuse-dev
# Check out the sources from repository:
git clone https://github.com/CipherShed/CipherShed.git
# Enter the newly checked out work-space
cd CipherShed/src
# Start the MAKE build process.
LIBS="-ldl" make

Then it is used as TrueCrypt
(en) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vFWIOZqKpZI
or (fr) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d0wjXNIVOg0
Start Ciphershed,
create an encrypted volume (choose the size, format type, localisation address)
Choose the encryption option (algorithme, key)
type the password (it is not the encryption key, it is the access to it)

Then, when you mount the encrypted volume thanks to Ciphershed and your password, you can access this volume. Otherwise you can not !

tips&trics
