Today an industrial city teams with the activities of over 12,000 workers as tons of steel and concrete give rise to the giant plant of Basic Magnesium. This exhaust tower, ninety feet high, with a portion of a metal recovery unit, in the background, will soon be adding to the huge production of the plant, which is scheduled for full operation in the summer of 1943
